Coffered Ceiling

This well designed and adorned home has only one drawback: the bare ceilings throughout. New construction homes provide the ability to create recessed or coffered ceilings, but existing builds require a different approach. This coffered ceiling structure was computer designed, cut by an industrial CNC, assembled in a workshop, then lifted into place over supports. Designing and building these large structures as one piece ensures a seamless transition between individual pieces and perfect finishing, both of which are not possible if building in place.
